These 2 clients were permanent residents in Australia, however both worked abroad in Indonesia. They purchased an investment property in Perth and needed help in getting a loan for the property. The clients were only able to be physically in Australia for a one-week period throughout the loan process, which made communication, signing of documents and collection of supporting documents quite difficult. Additionally, the supporting documents that we received were from Indonesia and were required to be translated.
Through constant communication, clear and concise information about the required supporting documents and translation of Indonesian supporting documents, we were able to successfully secure the loan that the clients needed to purchase the property.
We received the formal loan approval 2 days before the finance due date thanks to constant communication about bank requirements and consistent following up of necessary information in an efficient manner.
If we did not meet the finance due date, given the tough scenario with overseas buyers, it was very likely that the client would have lost the property. These clients’ situation shows that if we believe there is a deal, our dedicated team will ensure we get the loan across the line for our clients, no matter the challenges faced.
