We are thrilled to announce that Launch Finance were successful at this year’s Professional Lenders Association Network (PLAN) National Awards. The award ceremony was held over on the amazing Hamilton Island in Queensland and recognise Australia’s top brokers within PLAN.
Launch Finance is so proud to announce that we were once again awarded WA Business of the Year (6-10 brokers) for the second year running. This award recognises Launch Finance as the biggest WA brokerage in WA under PLAN for 6-10 brokers and takes into consideration compliance to industry standards, volume of loans and customer feedback.
Further to this award, we also took home the National award for Excellence in Innovation (Marketing). This award highlights our innovative marketing systems in place to support each of our brokers with personalised marketing material including electronic newsletters, social media and mail outs to help them service their clients more efficiently.
These awards recognise the dedication that goes into Launch Finance behind the scenes and the work we do to provide our brokers with the utmost support internally and externally, whilst providing our clients with the best possible service.
