- Available to Australian citizens and permanent residents

- Natural persons, corporations and trustees
- Owner builders are eligible
- You do not need to be living in WA to receive the grant
- No cap on the purchase price or value of the contract
- No income or means test
- The grant is paid directly to the applicant
- Construction must commence within 12 months of signing the contract

- Mixed use and commercial properties are NOT eligible
- Available on multiple eligible properties on separate titles

- Natural persons only
- For a new build, property value must not exceed $750,000
- For renovations, contract value must be between $150,000 and $750,000
- Annual income maximum of $125,000 for single applicant or $200,000 for a couple (based on 2018/19 tax return)
- The grant is paid directly to the applicant
- Construction must commence within 6 months of signing the contract
*The amount of the grant is:
- $25,000 for a contract signed between 4 June and 31 December 2020 (inclusive)
- $15,000 for a contract signed between 1 January and 31 March 2021 (inclusive).

To apply for the Federal Government Bonus, apply by 14 April 2021.

The Office of State Revenue administers the grants. To apply, you must submit the application via the Office of State Revenue Online Services Portal with all supporting documents no later than 14 April 2021 to receive the Federal Government Grant and/or no later than 31 December 2021 to receive the State Government Grant.
