Dean had 14 years with the NAB, the last five in Branch Manager and Business Banking Manager roles which provided extensive experience in all areas of lending. Following this Dean moved into private enterprise, owning and operating a staff recruitment company for 10 years, providing invaluable people/service skills.

Dean has since worked as a Mortgage & Business Finance Broker for the past 6 years. Dean holds a Diploma of Financial Services and holds membership at PLAN, MFAA and CIO.

Dean is married with two children, cycles, runs and is a pretty keen Dockers supporter.
